Michelin Earth Mover Extranet
When you make tires that are as large as the first stories of many buildings, there is a lot of information that goes into the sales process of said epic tires. Michelin's problem was that their extranet site wasn't as intuitive as it needed to be to help their sales force get their information quickly. That's where we came in. The client challenged us to allow their sales force to access their materials by industry and machine type, or by media type, and to do it in three languages.
We got to work, and the result is a sizable library of marketing materials that can be searched the way that Michelin's dealers and sales crews think about finding the information that they need, and that’s all that matters. For this project, I wireframed and comped the design, then supervised front-end development and remaining UX.
